ROBERT T. TRUJILLO

 
Robert is an associate attorney with VanAntwerp Attorneys, LLP. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation and regulatory matters across Kentucky and Ohio, including insurance defense, oil and gas litigation and regulatory compliance, corporate and commercial disputes, employment and labor matters, probate litigation, and governmental representation.
Robert regularly assists businesses, insurers, healthcare entities, and municipalities with litigation strategy, contract drafting and review, regulatory compliance, and risk management matters. He also maintains a criminal/OVI defense and family law practice for select clients.
Before joining VanAntwerp Attorneys, Robert maintained a litigation-focused practice in Ohio involving criminal defense, plaintiff-side personal injury, domestic relations, probate, real estate, and general civil litigation. His criminal defense experience ranges from misdemeanor and OVI matters to serious felony litigation, including attempted murder jury trials. He has successfully represented numerous individuals in divorce and custody disputes in both Kentucky and Ohio.
Robert maintains conversational proficiency in Spanish, and limited working proficiency in both French and American Sign Language.
